  Our made to measure service is particularly popular, as it allows you to build your own picture frame in the perfect size, material, colour and style. Our A4 photo frames are perfect for prints and certificates, whilst our personalised Christmas decorations are a sentimental gift for loved ones.

• How long will my order take to arrive?

  Everything on our website is in stock so you can be confident that we will send your order the day after it is purchased. Our customised frame builder service will take longer as it is made to measure but our standard delivery is 3-5 days, once it is dispatched. Priority, next day delivery is also available for all products, excluding those from the frame builder service.

• Where do you deliver?

  We can deliver to virtually anywhere but there may be restrictions on certain products internationally. Our standard delivery covers England and Wales, but we can arrange shipping to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and beyond. • What sizes of picture frames can I buy?

  We have an extensive range of sizes available with our ready made frames, including A4, A3, 10x8, 8x6, 12x12, 10x8, 12x10 and more. If you require a more specific size, you can use our frame builder service, which is made to measure to fit your exact requirement.

• Do you provide picture mounts with my picture frame?

  Picture mounts are an optional extra. They are available in white, ivory and black and come in a range of sizes to help your art or photos make an impact in your chosen picture frame or box frame.

• Are your picture frames suitable for my photos?

  Yes. With over 160,000 frames and our frame builder made to measure service, we can guarantee we have something for every requirement including family photo frames, wedding picture frames, memorabilia frames and more.

• Can I hang my photo frame on the wall?

  Yes. We have your perfect photo frame regardless if you’re looking for hanging photo frames or standing photo frames. Each frame comes with an MDF backing board and is ready to hang or stand portrait or landscape. Frames that are 15x12 inches and above are wall photo frames only.

• How are your photo frames environmentally-conscious?

  We purchase wood for our picture frames from sustainable sources, who, like us, are eco friendly and ensure any photo frames are not developed at the expense of our environment. We also use Polcore as an alternative to wood moulding, which is made mostly from recycled polystyrene. We continually look at how we can reduce our impact on the environment and the ecological impact of manufacturing and materials we use.
